Users of the Employee Turnover Report

Position Title Frequency Report Options Notes on Reviewing
President Quarterly Run the Turnover Report option. This report gives a turnover Ratio based on Active Employees verses Terminated Employees. “Inactive Reason” All – Unless you want to print a list of employees who are eligible for rehire. Then do a Pick From List of all Inactive Reasons that are Eligible for Rehire.
“Termination Date” enter in the date range of last month.
Example 07/01/95 – 07/31/95.
“Supervisor” Do a Pick From List and select yourself from the list.
Review for trend in high turnover.
Look at accounts with a high Turnover Ratio.
Branch Manager Monthly Run the Turnover Report option.
