You can access the Cash Flow Adjustments screen from the GL: Cash Flow Report Formats screen by clicking the Adjustments icon 
.
The Cash Flow Adjustments screen can be used to make adjustments to line items on the Cash Flow Statement.
It can also be used to change the category of existing activities.
