View detailed payment and invoice information for a specific customer

To view a customer's payment and invoice details

  1. From the Accounts Receivable menu, click Customer Master File.
  2. Type the Customer Number in the Customer Number field to open the Customer Master File record.
  3. Click the Invoice Review button to open the Invoice Details screen.
  4. View Invoice Information and Payment Information on the Invoice Review screen. Scroll down to see all the customer's invoices.

Note:  You may not edit information from this screen.

  1. To view the original invoice record, double-click in the Invoice Number field to open the AR: Invoices screen.
  2. To view applied payment history for an invoice, double-click in the Total Applied field to open the AR: Payment Details screen.
  3. Right-click, and select Print on the Invoice Review screen or the Payment Details screen to send a screen shot to your default printer.
