Printing Grid View Reports Using Parallels

When accessing WinTeam using Parallels you need to download UniPrint if you print reports from grid view. Installing UniPrint allows you to select which printer to use when you are printing from grid view.

Below are the directions for downloading/installing UniPrint and the steps to print with grid view.

Downloading/Installing UniPrint

  1. Click this link in your web browser to display the UniPrint downloads
  2. Click on the EXE button for the UniPrint Client - 5.4 Autodetect and Install option

    3. Note:  There are download options for those using Mac operating systems on the UniPrint web page.

  3. Click on the downloaded zip file

  4. Double click on the zip file in the saved folder

  5. Click Yes to allow for the install

  6. Proceed through the install wizard prompts until you receive the Install Wizard Completed message

  7. Click Finish

Printing Grid View Reports

  1. In your report window, choose Grid View from the Export drop down

  2. Click Export

  3. Once the information displays in grid view, right click and choose Print/Preview

    4. Note:  If the print dialog box does not display after you click Print Preview, the UniPrint software may not be installed properly.

  4. When the Print dialog box displays, choose the appropriate options and click the Print button

  5. Once the preview displays, click the Print button from the Print Preview toolbar and your report will print
