If you are finished using a TEAM program such as WinTeam, CreaTeam or TeamTime, for security purposes always log off the Parallels app server, rather than simply closing the window.
Use the following steps to log off off the Parallels app portal.
Client App Portal

When you click the X in the top right corner of WinTeam a confirmation box displays to verify if you want to exit WinTeam.

- Click Yes to close WinTeam
- Click No to continue working in WinTeam
Tip: If you select the Don't show this message again check box, then WinTeam stops displaying the confirmation box for this user ID.

When the applications pane is displayed, click the Log out option from the Sessions menu
Logging out closes the application and frees up the memory used during the session.
Tip: If you have other applications open and want to log off all of them at the same time, click Log out all RAS sessions option from the Sessions menu.

- Click your user icon in the top right of the window and select Log out
Logging out closes the application, frees up the memory used during the session and takes you back to your sign in window.
WinTeam Administrator
When an employee closes WinTeam and clicks the Don't show this message again check box, this action adds a new row to SYS: Custom Settings.This custom setting is what prevents the confirmation box from displaying for this user. If you delete the custom setting, the confirmation box displays again for that individual user.
