Lighthouse – Resetting Passwords on the Web

To use the automated password reset feature available within Lighthouse you need to know your user name and have a valid email address associated with your user name. If you do not remember your user name or have an email address associated with your user name contact your internal supervisor or system admin.

How do I reset my Lighthouse password?

  1. Click on this link, or copy and paste the following URL into your web browser: https://app.lighthouse.io/reset-password/request
  2. Enter your user name in the available field

  3. Click the Reset button
  4. Open your email that is associated with your Lighthouse user name and open the Reset your password email
  5. Click the Click here to reset password link in the email

  6. Enter your new password in the available field
  7. Click the Reset button

    8. A message displays notifying you that your password is reset and if you have Lighthouse Web access it redirects
