Lighthouse – Location Permissions

Setting Lighthouse user location permissions, limits user interaction to include only employees who have access to common locations. If no locations are selected, the user has access to interact with all users and with all locations.

With location permissions, users are limited by the following:

• Assigning users to issue forms – user list displays only users who have permission to the location being added to the form

• Message groups – user list displays only users who have permission to mutual locations

• Mobile share form PDF – user list displays only users who have permissions to the location the form is being filled out for

Note:  Along with selecting recipients who have permission to the location, you can manually add the email of any appropriate recipient.

• Web Users Settings page – displays only users who have the same location access as the user

• User-Tom – location access to Wells Bank and Plaza Center

• User-Kendal – location access to Film Cinema

• User-Dale – no location access set

Location/user interaction

• User-Tom has access to Wells Bank and Plaza Center locations and can interact with users who have access to these two locations

• User-Kendal has access to Film Cinema location and can interact with users who have access to Film Cinema

• User-Dale has access to all locations and can interact with all users
