Lighthouse – Reports for Customers

There are several ways you can provide reports to your customers.

  • Download reports and manually send/email the reports
  • Have Lighthouse send daily automated email reports
  • Provide customers access to Lighthouse Web where they can access the reports themselves

Send automated email reports

To send automated email reports, use the following steps.

  1. Create a customer user role and assign permissions
  2. Add the customer as a user using the Add Users button on the Users tab in Settings
  3. Set up the customers notification preferences so they can receive email reports

Provide access to Lighthouse Web

To provide access to Lighthouse Web, use the following steps.

  1. Create a customer user role and assign permissions
  2. Add the customer as a user by using the Invite button on the Users tab in Settings
  3. Optional: Set up the customers notification preferences so they can receive push or email notifications

Tip:  A company logo can be placed in the header of generated reports. To set this up, email TEAM Client Services at supportstaff@teamsoftware.com.
