Lighthouse – Adding New Form Templates
There are three form types in Lighthouse: tasks, issues and audits. The different type of forms offer flexibility and are designed to cover a wide range of uses. Forms can be filled out in both web and mobile. All forms can assigned to all locations or a specific location/area.
Adding an issue template
- Click the Templates menu option
- Click the Issues tab
- Click the button
- Enter the name of the form in the Title field
- Optional: click the Locations drop down and check the appropriate locations
- Optional: click the Areas drop down and check the appropriate areas
- Continue to fill out the form completing the fields in each group and adding groups as appropriate
- Click the button to save the form
Note: If you leave the Locations field blank, the form will be available at all locations.
Note: If you leave the Areas field blank, the form will be available at all areas.
Once the template is saved, it displays in the list on the Issues tab.

Adding a task template

- Enter the name of the form in the Title field

- Click the button
- Enter the name of the form in the Title field
