Lighthouse – Post-Go-Live Checklist
It is important to review your Lighthouse activity after you go-live to ensure compliance and optimal usage. The list below outlines some of the activities you should complete after launching Lighthouse.
Day 1
One the day after go-live there are several reports that you should review for activity. This helps to identify if users need additional training.

- In Lighthouse Web, navigate to the Reports menu option and click on the Shifts tab to display shift activity
Ensure all users logged in and out of the mobile app. If any shifts were missed, verify if users need additional training. Also, if any of the shifts display as Unknown Location, update the device location settings to Always Allow (iOS) or On (Android).

- In Lighthouse Web, navigate to the Reports menu option and click on the Events tab to display event activity
Ensure all users who logged in, generated location events (GPS, QR code/NFC tag scans and beacon events).

- In the web, navigate to the Reports menu option and click on the Tasks tab to display task submitted
- In the web, navigate to the Reports menu option and click on the Events tab to display event submitted
- In the web, navigate to the Reports menu option and click on the Issues tab to display issues submitted
Ensure relevant forms were submitted.
Week 1
After the first week of using Lighthouse you might identify there is a need for additional user training or additional set up that needs to be completed.

If you are using automatic notifications (push notifications or automated email reports), start reviewing them to look for red flags.

If you are using scheduled work, start reviewing any exceptions that you received. Verify how long the exceptions were and determine if additional user training needs to be completed. If you want to start using scheduled work, use this link for help on setting them up.
- Navigate to the Reports menu option and click on the Exceptions tab to display your exceptions

Ensure relevant forms were submitted.
- In the web, navigate to the Reports menu option and click on the Tasks tab to display task submitted.
- In the web, navigate to the Reports menu option and click on the Events tab to display event submitted.
- In the web, navigate to the Reports menu option and click on the Issues tab to display issues submitted.
Month 1
After the first month you and your users are in the routine of using Lighthouse, but there are a few additional items that you might consider incorporating.
- Consider turning on automated customer email notifications/reporting
- Update your form templates, as needed
- Complete any additional user training
Also, continue to use the Map view and relevant reports to review activity.
