Offline Mode in Lighthouse Mobile
Because mobile reception and internet connectivity can be an issue when you are working in an area with poor cellular reception, such as a basement, Lighthouse Mobile features an offline mode, allowing you to use the application when there is limited or no internet connectivity.
How it Works
When there is no internet connectivity, any pending changes are saved locally and will be immediately synced to the cloud once you have internet connectivity. For example, when you have a pending task submission, Lighthouse Mobile will show as offline and having a pending submission.
If you must log out, you will be required to do a Force Logout. We recommend not doing a Force Logout of Lighthouse Mobile when you have pending, unsynced activity, as that activity will be lost.
