Submitting Task in Lighthouse Mobile

Lighthouse Mobile allows employees to fill out task forms using the mobile app.

To create and submit a task

  1. Sign into the mobile app and tap Tasks from the bottom menu.
  2. Select the task to update from the list, or tap the pencil icon on the top-right of the screen to create a new issue.
  3. If creating a new task, tap the task form from the list of available form types.
  4. Enter all relevant information to the task, including any photos and a signature.
  5. Once all required fields are entered, tap Submit if a new task or Update if an existing issue.
